6. Connected Social Media Accounts

DrawPost lets you connect third-party social media accounts so we can create, schedule, and publish content on your behalf. When you connect an account, we access only the data needed to provide these features, and only with your authorization.

Google and YouTube

When you connect a Google account to publish to YouTube, DrawPost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the YouTube API Services to upload and publish videos (including Shorts) to your channel at your direction, and we access your basic Google profile and YouTube channel information solely to enable that publishing. We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the Services. By using our YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your data.

Meta (Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

When you connect these accounts, we access the authorization tokens and the profile or page information needed to publish and schedule the content you create. Specifically:

  • Instagram — publish posts and reels and read basic account information, via the Instagram Graph API.
  • Facebook — publish to the Pages you manage, using your Page access tokens and basic Page details.
  • LinkedIn — publish posts and native video to your profile or company page.
  • X (Twitter) — publish the posts you approve.

Access tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used only to perform actions you initiate.

What we never do

  • We never post or publish anything without your action.
  • We never read your private or direct messages.
  • We never sell your data or your connected-account information.
  • We never use connected-account data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Services.

Revoking access

You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your DrawPost settings, or revoke access directly from the provider's security settings. Revoking access stops future publishing, and we delete the associated tokens.
