We save your contact information, name, and certain details (the subscription plan you are on, the number of designs you have created, the purpose of creating designs, the date of last activity, and so on). This notification cannot be turned off within the app.

Improve Users' Experience

We use your information to improve our services and user experience by monitoring data such as number of users, traffic, etc. Also, we use your information to customize content in the mobile app for you. We recommend templates on the basis of previous designs you've created in the app.

Communication

We use your contact information to communicate about billing reminders, invoices, network updates, software updates, policy updates, and any account changes such as password reset. We may send you emails to communicate about important updates and announcements, technical concerns, security warnings, new features, or more by using 3rd party applications like Mailchimp.

In-App Purchase

Apple manages all subscriptions, payments, and refunds made through the App Store. Any purchases made in this app are processed solely by Apple. To cancel a subscription, open your device’s Settings, tap your Apple ID (your name), and select Subscriptions. Here, you can view and manage your active or expired subscriptions. If you’d like to request a refund, simply click “Report a Problem” in your purchase receipt email from Apple or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Please note that we do not have access to your billing or payment information and cannot issue refunds or manage payments directly — all such requests are handled by Apple.

Children's Privacy

Another priority at AI Poster, Smart Design Studio is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

AI Poster, Smart Design Studio does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information through our app, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
